Shipments will be made by express courier and insured for the total value of the items ordered. The delivery methods of the courier provide that the packages are delivered to the first access door of the place indicated by the user. In no case is delivery to the floors provided by the courier. The handling of the package within his own home / office will therefore be borne by the buyer.

Deliveries take place in 24 hours.

Attention: with the exception of some places of particular geographical location (smaller islands or locations that are difficult to reach) which require non-standard delivery times that can range from 3 to 5 days.

The times are indicative and starting from the date of receipt of the shipment confirmation e-mail (N.B. at the end of the order the summary of the products and costs is automatically sent, NOT the shipment confirmation which will follow when the package is entrusted to the courier).

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.

Prices are inclusive of VAT. Together with the packaging containing the product/s purchased, the customer will receive the receipt or invoice (if previously requested)) relating to the same. Shipping costs vary according to the amount and total weight of the items in the cart and are calculated automatically during the purchase process.



Orders are binding, they can be canceled only if the goods have not yet been shipped, preferably by contacting customer service on +39 034621847 or by written communication to be sent by e-mail For orders that have already been processed, the customer must exercise the right of withdrawal.
